The devil will tempt you and make sin sound appealing, fun and normal, and when you fall into it, he will make you think you have commited a grave sin in which you will not be forgiven.

I often feel this way when I fall into lust but we must not believe in the devil's lies, we must always remember that he is a liar that has decieved souls for thousands of years, he knows how to break us.

Jesus knows we are only human and the moment you open your heart to repentance you are forgiven by the most merciful and sweet heart of Jesus.

You are forgiven, read scripture and look for verses relating to mercy, love and repentance to find peace.

I'm not very social myself, I would say you try to talk to people at Church, regularly shower and take care of your appearance, I am praying for you, brother.
