>>6299 Funny enough I actually dealt with something like this recently. My left nut felt like it was ACKing itself, viens on that part weirdly inflammed. Went in for a checkup and xray scan and turns out it was just an Inflammation and I just had to put an ice pack on it and wait a few days until it went away. Maybe you're dealing with something similar hopefully, if it was torsion it would've been a lot more painful and obvious.
