I was intrigued by apophatic theology that Orthodoxy offered. it didn't try to put God in a box with all the definitions and such, if you get what I mean. you can just say "I don't know, this truth transcends our knowledge". it is too deep, it's entirely rational, but also entirely emotional, and also humbling. history also speaks for it, but that's another topic
