>>5771 I do understand what you ask for, I'm just not sure if you do, what you want is for posters to be identified by something else than their IPs, so a poster would have to have some kind of a password to authenticate as himself so that the posts he makes are marked as made by him and not just by his IP (and then blocked because the IP happens to be a VPN), what could maybe be abused for this purpose are the post passwords that are used for deletion, but then you need to preserve them if you use incognito mode and the banning logic would complicate quite a lot because otherwise it would be extremely easy to evade the VPN block by just making multiple sage posts and saving their passwords
