Their clubs and shopping centers are often exclusive - not much chance of Rando Mcwhacko shooting up those. You aren't likely to get them and get away with your skin if all you have is a deer rifle. Drones are maturing to the point where a non-rich person MIGHT have more chance with one, but they're not foolproof.
