"Bear fruit" is a potential bonus, I didn't state it will DEFINITELY happen. Just look at the context: the Zaryan was discussing something with Lidly and then intentionally started acting like a jerk to make her seethe. The point is that after something like that, you shouldn't be surprised that she and others like her make such statements sometimes. Not that they would think of us differently, but, again, why are you surprised at something that you yourself leaded to?
