Currently the migration is kind of reversed, i.e. more people come back from UK or Germany than emigrate there, partially because the western countries are becoming increasingly dysfunctional and dangerous and partially because the economy of Poland has been constantly improving for the last 30 years and life here isn't that bad. And the people who emigrated were mostly doing menial jobs anyway, professionals never felt the need to emigrate.
