What? Answer myself? Well alright then, so from experience of using the /brabant/ board on soyzellig.party which is a splinter of soyjak.party which was made around September correct? I could tell that unlike the fuggen shardee which adds a VPN tag when a VPN is detected all the zarty adds is a flag and that's it. No special things added. My confusion originated from the fact you said "You can use vpn in zarty but there will be not VPN mark for that" which has according to the prior system I described that Zarty utilizes which is much more barbones to what I presume to be how Vichan works unmodified. In that I specifically mentioned flags, now in barebones Vichan (I presume) the only thing is flags, flags are not a form of tag last I checked, there is no specialized [NEW ZEALAND] tag when I post so that's off the table nor is there a specialized flag for VPN users.
