Firstly, SNCA, why would you ever post this? Secondly, the Sacans aka Scythians aka Cimmerians aka whatever you call them weren't the cultures that are officially associated with them (it's also SNCA but important), so it's incorrect to call those people you implied with these names. Anyway, the peoples that you implied don't seem to be very White to me. Those Sogdian and etc. hordes were too much mixed beyond repair, genetically they would be like modern Kazan Tatars i.e. non-white, so the comparison is irrelevant afterall.
