It's also a national security risk for western counties, so you'd think governments would want to do something about it, but they are incompetent. Many people get their news through twitter, and I bet many news sites are on cloudflair too not to mention other communication sites that use cloudflair, so if a hostile actor uses the massive compute they have access to, to attack cloudflair while doing another attack it could be serious trouble.
