You could look into the HBD question to see how much race actually affects how a person acts compared to culture. Leftoids often say that socioeconomic factors are the main proponent but they ignore how vastly different people in different cultures behave perceive reality and consume information. I recommend the Kenyan philosopher John Mbiti for his theories on african culture. His main theory could explain why black culture ended up getting dominated by gang culture in America.
