Okay 1. Don't use Google because it censors itself to hell and back. Dudckduckgo does still censor itself but not that much, that might help in finding good sites. 2 this might be le useful wiby.me it help you find obscure and simple HTML websites, you might stumble upon them. Also use Tor more often, browse through webrings and associated website links like one in digdeeper. If you don't want to use Tor use archive.today to archive Tor sites and browse them through there.
