You can be european and white but still not aryan. there is a difference between euro-adjacent groups (WHG,ANF,EEF) and yamnaya and having little yamnaya or steppe ancestry makes you automatically non-aryan. i'd say anyone below 30% steppe can't be classified as aryan which even most greeks have
