20% negro would be an outlier in white latinxes. african ancestry is pretty rare in large amounts amd even amongst pardos and brazilian "negro" it's something like 30-50%. HOWEVER, you do have a point and there is a need to differentiate negro from beringian and middle eastern since the former is extremly genetically distant in comparison. it's mostly 0-4% in most latinx including their "white" substrate and i think it would be fair to denote anything above 6-14% african ancestry in whites as unfitting for the status of being officially european or white. although still euro-adjacent but obviously not put in with all of europeans. most "white" latinx also can get lumped into this.
