Idk which jeet you were talking to but the fact is India currently is VERY well capable for stopping complete flow of rivers to Pakistan and release it at will. Im providing you with a satelite image of the Chenab riverbed being dry due to the suspension of the river treaty. A small scale "flood" also happened after India suddenly released alot of water from the Indus river into Pakistan. So yeah. Even Paki news channels admit that India is stopping/releasing flow of water at will, photo attached. ANOTHER INDIAN MASTERSTROKE SAAAAAAAAAR
