1. Non-whites almost always vote left, so ideological segregation implies ethnic segregation, you cannot have the former without having the latter. 2. White people, including liberals, when given a choice prefer living among other white people, which means you cannot have a multiethnic society without forced integration, which in itself is contradictory with being libertarian.
