It's not a common problem, rather a rarity than a rule. I mean, they are very related to each other, but not that much, so it wouldn't be considered incest. Well, let's just read Oosthuizen's paper:

Can assume exactly this extreme homogeneity makes their families so harmonious and successful. It makes sense, and also shows that you just exaggerate.
