Technically none, as Capitalism is an economic system based on private property, free markets and voluntary choice, however the word has been bastardized to its core, and we now have concepts such as state-capitalism. People think countries nowadays are capitalist, but they are not, they do apply some capitalistic ideas, but they are actually cronyist/corporationist. Anarcho-Capitalism is just pure, real, capitalism, although it also has the philosophical base that explicitly rejects the state entirely, since capitalism cannot exist with a state (since they are inherently coercive). So the answer is that they're the same, but in reality (considering the popular, midwitt use of the words) capitalism can exist within a state, while anarcho-capitalism specifies that only a stateless society can be free of institutional coercion and enjoy true capitalism
