Or a "white" American with clear spic or native admixture in Texas feeling that way towards a Mexican in comparison to someone who lives in Montana. Russia is a big country with many Russians, where is the trouble in admitting some swathes are dull, cows and pigs, blah. I don't mind saying that about my "fellow" Americans because it's true.
