I think belarusians are just European, some of them have nordic phenotype, but not all of them. According to Nazis', we are basically East-Baltic with the "stronghold" of the nordic influence on the north (along the Dvina river, especially Polotzk).

Yeah Finnish people are more Germanic than, idk, Southern Germans, I guess. Nearly 50-60% of the Germanic blood, as far as I remember.
